WCAEYC Conflict Resolution Training

Washtenaw County Association for the Education of Young Children presents:

Problem—Solving Approach to Conflict
We will be learning about strategies for when conflicts arise in
the classroom and also ways to prevent conflicts. We may
also learn a bit about ourselves and ways that we can better
handle ourselves during these tough situations.
You will be provided with materials including checklists, planning
sheets and discussion topics to take with you to use in
your classroom!

The Washtenaw County Early Childhood Directors Association invites you to their September meeting.

Topic: Identify & Support Developmental Delays
Speaker: Sian Owen-Cruise

Come and learn how to support children and families within your center who may have special needs. Topics include identifying where additional support is needed, having the difficult conversation with parents and what resources you can rely on within the county.

The meetings begin at 11:15 where a buffet lunch is available for $12.00. The speaker will begin promptly at 12:15 and the meetings are over by 2:00.
